同去年一样，本届年会的联合主办单位Feedsky，再次启动了对优秀Blogger参与年会的赞助活动，仍然采用了鼓励读者使用RSS订阅这种“民意推举”的方式来确定最终人选的方式，具体规则则与往年略有不同，决定排名的标准取决于从报名参赛开始到结束时RSS订阅数的增幅，增幅相同则以加入时间早的优先。
赞助包括入选Blogger参会的必需实际花费，如住宿、交通等，凭票报销，以人民币一千元为限。
另外，加入活动的所有Feed，都会被打包在一个OPML中进行推荐，对于订阅量的增加，大有好处。

One last point on length..when you have over 600 submitted or gathered images of library staff that want to be a part of your video, its hard to not have a long video. We could have done a better job in some ways, we know, but we really tried incredibly hard to do our best.
