邹景平女士（人称“金红姐”）是台湾最早倡导网志(Blog)的资深教育专家，她也是最早把Weblog称为“网志”的人之一。现任 洪建全文教基金会董事，一宇数位科技公司资深顾问，全球华人竞争力协会特约顾问 。邹女士毕业于美国马礼兰大学（University of Maryland）电机硕士，台大电机系毕业 。曾担任台湾资讯工业策进会教育训练处副处长，顾问工程师，主任，讲师（1979-2004）
中文网志 年会终于有幸在2008年邀请到邹女士来广州演讲。她的演讲主题是“一个老部落客的回顾与前瞻–超以相外，得其环中”，大纲如下：

- 我的网络经验回顾–从elearning心法、SCORM、部落客到SNS
