Christopher Adams(@christopheradam) is speaking at this conference as an independent, free culture publisher and the editor of FREESOULS: Captured and Released by JOI ITO, a new book of photography and essays. He is attempting artistic forms of new economy publishing that do not require exclusive copyright, and which work to benefit culture rather than control it. Christopher is an American, a graduate of Brown University and a resident of Taiwan. //
Christopher Adams 是Joichi Ito 伊藤穰一先生(商业周刊全球25名最有影响力的网络人)最近的新书《自由灵魂》的主编，他从创作共用(Creative Commons)的项目得到启发，自2007年开始策划《自由灵魂》一书，邀请多位作者共同创作完成，并开始尝试不同以往的出版路线。在年会上，他就将分享在新经济环境下的新型出版模式：Publishing Autonomy in the New Economy 包括如何放松版权控制，如何利用自由文化进行传播等挑战性任务。
Christopher 毕业于美国布朗大学，现在居住于台湾。

年会的地址，我选在一个正在开发的客家乡村（位于广州增城），开发者也是网络、环保的爱好者，如果在这里召开，而且与会者答应写一篇blog，住宿费，和场地费，都可以免除（每个床位交10元水电、卫生费），吃饭15元一顿，味好量足，免费接送参会者。1200 平方米的草地，很BH的讲台。
此村属于客家风格，围屋，古榄，江水，沙滩，小山，风景极为宜人。

请问会场是否可以安排在番禺区广州大学城里。大学城里环境、交通、住宿各方面都不错。主会场可以考虑放在华南理工大学的国际学术交流中心或者广州大学的学术交流中心。
