冯琰 (@DavidFeng)  是北京麦金塔会创办人及现在负责人之一，并同时为 techblog86 创站人。techblog86 为有关大中华地区的英文科技、移动通讯及新兴科技企业博客。同时，冯琰还是北京学 City 2.0 站点与百科全书创始人，并也在 CN Reviews 与 City Weekend 写博客。 

冯琰在瑞士与中国学习，熟悉十国语言。

作为一名“国际华人”，冯琰将在今年年会上展示如何一名国际华人在任何一个问题上观看事情，为何有时出现立场多元以及立场上的“跨河”，以及继“纯本地人”与“纯外国人”立场外的国际华人之第三立场，展示个人如何参与国际网路，即一名国际华人如何参与 Web 2.0。

David Feng (@DavidFeng) is the founder and president of the Beijing Macintosh User Group, Publisher of techblog86, a tech, mobile and enterprise blog, and the founder of the Beijingology Network, a blog and a wiki about the city of Beijing. David Feng is also co-blogger at CNReviews, and the author of The Beijingologist blog on City Weekend.

David has expansive knowledge of up to 10 languages following comprehensive education in Switzerland. He has travelled to 17 countries and regions and, while far from being a “full” world traveller, remains interested in the World around society even at home.

As an “international Chinese”, David Feng in the conference will talk about how an “international Chinese” is sometimes made to “straddle the pond” between purely local Chinese and purely foreign viewpoints on any one issue (especially 2008 issues), and his Web 2.0 involvements (as in “what an international Chinese does”).
